Light Series Number 2

 --Harlem Bistro--
There is one type of lighting in the dining area which is pendant light. The bulb that was used for this luminaire was a fluorescent fixture. The lighting is directly over each of the tables causing a direct amout of light to be shown on each of the table surfaces. The lighting causes a few shadow areas near the wall but does not seam to be a problem as far as visiblilty is concerned.

The only thing that I would change or add to the space is some form of recessed down lighting near the wall areas. The luminaires over each of the tables is the perfect placement for what type of activities the people are engaging in.
--Uptown Artworks--
This gallery had many different types of luminaires throughout the entire space. Each area of the gallery had different type of lighting for the type of artwork that was displayed. In this particular space there was only recessed can lighting, which was actually all that was needed for the area. The recessed can's lit the space very well so there was not any issue seeing the artwork.

I can not think of a better lighting design or application other than the one that was performed in this space.

--Exon--
At this gas station all of the lighting is metal halide. this would be the best possible lighting for this application. The luminaires give off an extreme amount of light allowing for everything to be seen that is neceesary as well for saftey reasons too.
